Hello! Travellers are you fed up of crowded destinations like Manali, shimla, kasol and chopta? Lets explore the Unexplored part of Himachal with Ghumakad Travels... Janjheli and Shikari devi is a mystic place situated in the district of Mandi and this is one of the highest Point of the place which gives a spectacular view of The Himalayas. This Journey begins from Delhi/ Chandigarh with a overnight journey via Volvo or traveller, next morning we reach Janjheli valley which is the most beautiful apple orchard in Himachal pradesh. We will relax in our luxury stay and do some local sightseeing with our exciting trip coordinators. The local food is just Wow!! in the evening will enjoy bonfire and chill with our group. next morning will depart for shikari devi which is 13 kms off road and 600 steep steps leading us towards the beautiful temple of maa shikari devi which is the only temple in india without roof and still the snow does not fall on the idols. There are 3 more trekking points from where will enjoy the view of mandi, kullu and shimla valley. In the late afternoon will depart back for Delhi with a overnight journey and here the trip ends with some memories of lifetime.
Itinerary
DAY 0
- Departure from Majnu Ka Tila (Delhi) @ 9:30 Pm
- Overnight Journey.
Day 1
- Reach Janjheli by early morning 8 – 9 am
- Check - in to your luxurious hotel, take some rest.
- Enjoy the Real beauty of hidden Himachal.
- Take your time to explore the local culture and enjoy the serene beauty of the river and apple orchards around.
- Evening is your time to party and enjoy with bonfire and snacks.
- Enjoy your lavish Hot served dinner.
Day 2
- As it a relaxing trip, wake up at your ease and get ready before the checkout timings.
- Enjoy a great breakfast before the big day!
- We will now head towards the offroad section of our Journey!
- 13 kms beautiful trail will be covered by the traveler itself.
- The starting gate of the Temple is at 10,000 ft above sea level and the views will be amazing.
- Will begin our short hike towards the temple which is 600 steep steps. It takes around half an hour to reach temple which is the highest point in the whole region.
- Will now witness the miracle of Maa Shikari Devi which is the only Temple in India without a Roof and still the snow does not fall on the Idols.
- Exploring the local sightseeing and beauty of Hidden Himachal, Now will trek down towards our Vehicle.
- On the way back to Delhi will again explore the local Delicacies in Janjheli which is Siddu, Thupka, momos and Rajma Rice
- Overnight Journey to Delhi.
Day 3
- Reach Delhi by early morning 4 – 5 am and now you can Fresh start your week with a whole lot of energy.
